It goes without saying that the concept of group activities in based on cohort decisions and accomplishing the determined tasks; thus, having had private attitude toward activities can boil down to leaving the group by other members. Although someone may perceived it partially exaggerative, corporators must know a worth mention fact that the level of tolerance of various members may be saturated and facing with repetitive private challenges can destroyed the friendship or their formal relationships among the individual members. Consequently, lack of consistency is a bilateral lose-lose situation for all the group members.
To wrap it up, it is more well-advised to state that being harmonized with the route and the goals of a grou have more priority over criticizing and performing individually.
