The social cognitive approach The social-cognitive approach is an approach in which the views of people personalities are in terms of the ways people thinks about situations which occurs in their everyday life and the behaviors they have to respond to the behaviors.
How does Social cognitive approach fit with Adolf Hitler? As we know the leader of Nazis he had a rough childhood, mostly blaming his dad. The reason his childhood is a great key to his awful act is because of the different situations that occurred during his young age. He had been whipped and he was helpless only thinking of revenge upon growing up. The situation in which he had been sexually assaulted and also whipped showed the behavior of anger, hatred and the facts that he truly wanted to revenge his dad for making his life a misery one. He responded to this when he grew up, being in politics showed he had the power, he was now in controlled of the situation rather than being weak, he took great advantage of this opportunity and express his hatred of Jews then showed his anger and killed millions by creating a worldwide war. Also because of his father he had severe anxiety problems, several health issues. Being an easy target during his childhood made him unprotected and easily harmed, he still had fear in his adultery because of his personalities disorder, which causes chronic anxiety which then added up to insomnia anxiety. His life turn more misery after he had to take medicine against these anxiety such as chronic and insomnia
anxiety.
Trait approach
Trait approach is an approach in which a behavior is identified, or a quality that describes a person. What traits did Adolf Hitler have? He had a lot of traits. Firstly he made an excellent leader he was full of spirit which the people of Germany liked, he was full of charisma. As he was such a good leader, getting people attention wasn’t a problem for him, which he took advantage of in the future years. Since he was young he had been treated badly and that reflected on his adult life, being mistreated by his father and mother not doing anything to help told him in the inside that he is a lonely person, and as he became the leader of Nazi, he didn’t trust anyone. He did whatever he wanted and never relied on anyone to fulfill his needs. He was a motivated person he worked hard to achieved his goal. He was single minded mostly because he had his own dreams and other people views didn’t matter to him. His dreams were to eliminate Jews and revenge and express his anger by warring. He was illogical, since his mother was a kind lady Hitler had his lady sides also he believed in astrology and he followed it closely thinking that his victory will be told by the astronomy. Most people knows his evil sides like him being a murderer, mean, cruel, selfish, quick tempered and many more traits that shows anger and the wanting of revenge which cause a massacre such as World War 11.
