Adrenal Fatigue is a functional health disorder. It needs to be considered in all cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It can be a very debilitating state. Health experts state that stress is the major contributing factor, be it physical or emotional stress. Appropriate management is essential to ensure a positive outcome and restore wellbeing. It is vital to pick up the wide and varied symptoms that are related to Adrenal Fatigue or insufficiency so that appropriate therapeutic treatments can be offered. Adrenal Fatigue can be very detrimental to your overall health. The symptom picture with appropriate investigations can assist us in staging the level of Adrenal insufficiency or Adrenal Fatigue. There are three stages to Adrenal fatigue, each stage requiring its own management
