Adult Interview Report
An adult interview of Ms. Simms was conducted. The interview was conducted privately at her home 3011 Uptown Ave North. Signed Data Privacy. The interview was recorded.
Ms. Simms was asked if she has seen or heard from Isiah recently. Ms. Simms reported that she is aware that Isiah is at the Avenue Shelter and Isaih has not called her. Ms. Simms stated that the Bridge workers (Lauri and Dusti) are calling and updating her with any changes with Isiah. Ms. Simms reported that the Bridge worker reported that they will work with Isiah even if he is not staying with the bridge. Ms. Simms stated that the bridge workers will be working with him even if he comes home.
This worker asked Ms. Simms if she can let Isaih come back home or stay with family or friends member until he gets some assistant with house search from the Bridge. Ms. Simms stated that she will allow Isiah to be back if he is willing to follow the house rules and attends school regularly. Also, he continues working with the Bridge for the transitional living place (TLP).

Simms her concerns when Isiah comes home. She reported that she is worried about the safeties of her younger children. Also, she reported that she is concerned with his smoking habits, sneaking girls and friends at house without any permission. Ms. Simms stated that she is concerned and worried about Isiah coming home late at night and breaking into the house as he did previously. Also, she stated that she is worried him showing other neighbors how to break in into the house. Ms. Simms stated that she just bought the house for her children and that this not the image she wants for her children. She stated that she wants all her children to be safe inside and outside the
