Ms. Simms was asked if she has seen or heard from Isiah recently. Ms. Simms reported that she is aware that Isiah is at the Avenue Shelter and Isaih has not called her. Ms. Simms stated that the Bridge workers (Lauri and Dusti) are calling and updating her with any changes with Isiah. Ms. Simms reported that the Bridge worker reported that they will work with Isiah even if he is not staying with the bridge. Ms. Simms stated that the bridge workers will be working with him even if he comes home.
This worker asked Ms. Simms if she can let Isaih come back home or stay with family or friends member until he gets some assistant with house search from the Bridge.
