All for empires fell apart and was either split or renamed as a new country. Secondly, ratifying the Treaty of Versailles would eventually lead to the creation of the League of Nations. The League of Nations came from Woodrow Wilson's idea of the Fourteen Points. The League of Nations is the most important point for Wilson and it called for the creation of a "general association of nations". The League of Nations would help preserve world peace and prevent future wars. They would accomplish their goals by agreeing to respect and protect each other's territory and political
independence. Lastly, the Treaty of Versailles put the full blame of the world onto Germany. It forced Germany to pay big reparations as much as $33 billion to the allies. The allies would have more than enough money to fix the damages made in their country from the war. The treaty also stripped and limited Germany's army and armed forces. This is beneficial so that other countries won't have to worry about Germany declaring war or making war. Germany had to endure the guilt and humiliation for taking the blame on World War I. Lastly, Germany signed the treaty, agreeing to take full blame for the war, the economy were forced to pay reparations of $33 billion to the allies to restore their countries back in order. The United States ratifying the treaty would be beneficial and good benefits would come out of it.
