Aging And Gender In Our Society
Aging and gender impacts in our society in different ways and there are many issues where aging and gender makes a big different. Aging and gender can put the different aspects in the society.
When we say gender, we usually mean male or female and gender is one of the big issue in our society.
For example, in our society when we think about nursing we usually think that all the nurses are female. It is very hard for our society to believe that there are no male nurse. In fact, it is true that there are many female nurses than male nurses and there are many men construction worker then female construction worker.
We see gender inequality in everywhere for example: Gender inequality in health care, Gender inequality in education, and Gender inequality
in the workplace. Women minds were dominated by their organs, making women less qualified than men for higher higher education. Women salary are much lower than the men. Male and female both work the same amount but they're salary is different than each other. In my country and culture I see the big gender difference where men does all the work outside of house and women they take care of the house. Women are told to be take care of their family and children and men they are the one who work outside the house. Men is the leader of the house. Age makes a big difference usually we do not give important what the kids have to say regard to any issure no matter what if they are right or wrong. Usually, we give more important to what the older person has to say. Women said to be are emotional than the men and we have not seen any female president in the
