Introduction
This assignment purpose is to study the problem in term of cross culture management in the Airbus. Aircrafts in the market Airbus is the company that deals with the manufacturing of. 1970 it was formally established in as a European consortium. Furthermore, the paper will discuss the impact of proper cross cultural management on the international projects and its implications. Toulouse was a head office in; France operates out of over 160 international locations also include 16 main manufacturing and development sites in UK, Germany, France, & Spain and three wholly owned subsidiaries in Japan, China, and North America. The largest European and world's second largest aircraft manufacturer is Airbus SAS a subsidiary of EADS. The Airbus benefits from a unique workforce that speaks over 20 different languages and integrates more than 80 worker from all around the world. There are more than 80 different nationalities working at the Airbus over 55,000 workforces. Such cultural diversity is the key to Airbus success. The airline industry is of great value to the world is the backbone of international trade economy, creating 33 million jobs in the world, its contribution to the economy reaches U.S. $ 580 billion (8%) of GDP in Europe. Therefore, we can say that Airbus face sometimes severe cross cultural management issues to motivate its global employees as each country differs from the other country on various factors such as cultural, legal, ethical factors political, economic, legal, and social. A lot companies have suffered from the failure of their international assignments because they have too often neglected the intercultural preparation of their employees.
