I. The primary concerns of potential students are: 1. fare and 2. time.
II. There are numerous teachers in high school and college who have no Master's degree. Some had completed academic requirements.
The idea of the consortium (as opened up by Dr. Torre during the GS meeting):
When the idea of the consortium was broached during conversations, the teachers/administrators at schools in Aklan visited were amenable. Several potential consortia were suggested: 1. Aklan State University (ASU), 2. Regional Science High School, and Delacruz Institute of Business and Industry.
