According to Kwok, the space between Jesus and Christ is the “contact zone or borderland between the human and divine.” Also she talks about Jesus/Christ as hybrid concept, “used cultural idioms, religious imaginations to articulate their own understanding of salvation and the role of Jesus Christ in the salvific process.
