“Americans Eat more than required”
In the land of the free and in the home of the brave, we tend to overeat. Americans are constantly looking for the next thing to eat. We eat so much that we have given our midday cravings its own term, snacking. Portions are constantly increasing yet we still have our three meals a day along with snacks here and there. With this growth in eating in the United States it has caused another kind of growth. It is the growth that happens when we eat too much, obesity.
