Mechanical Power Engineer in Orascom Constructions and Industries Company.
In Heavy Equipment Department as a Maintenance Engineer (From October 2006):
Site 's Workshop Engineer and Technical office coordinator. Establishing the maintenance schedule and ensuring the safe operation of each machine. Responsible for Heavy Equipment in the site and repairing the Electrical and Mechanical errors. Reporting the Root Cause Analysis to the head office and providing technical recommendations. Commissioning the Machines and ensuring their optimal productivity. Capable of the heavy lifts by doing the professional lifting plan. Recommended spare parts planning. Training and leading the newly hired engineers, and ensuring their discipline at work. Worked on Drilling Rigs (Soilmec), Cranes (Grove and Link belt), Loaders (CAT and Hitachi), Generators (Volvo and John Deere), Compressors (Atlas copco) and Pavers (Dynapac and Vogele).
