An Analysis Of Donald Trump's Protests
Every debate has at least two sides and the current political issues are no exception. The main political issue that faces us today is professional athletes refusing to stand for the National Anthem. One way to view the these protest is from the view of the athletes. Colin Kaepernick was the first athlete to take a knee when the National Anthem was sung. He did this to bring attention to several African Americans were shot by the police. He believes the flag stands for oppression, not freedom. However there is another way to view these protests.
