What are the preponderance between Mothercare and other brands?
How Mothercare attracts customers?
What are the Mothercare’s marketing strategies?
The reason for choosing the research question:
Once an individual is pregnant, she will concern much more about the diet. For instance, she might question herself about the food, clothing, radiation and cosmetic. The goods which are designed for a baby are different from an adult. Therefore parents need to consider certain questions, like what do the babies need, and what things are good for them and will not hurt them. Also to provide these special products is significantly necessary and important. Although there are a few companies do success in this kind of market, there is one famous and popular company in this area which is Mothercare. Mothercare is a specialist retailer of products for pregnant woman, babies and children up to the age of eight. This report will investigate and analyse the status of this enterprise to establish or promote the public understanding of running this kind of business.
The main topic to be studied in the project:
The main topic to be studied of this project will be divided into five parts. The Mothercare company’s history, the structure of this company, what do they do to manage this company, its strategy and the preponderance between Mothercare and other brands, such as Motherbaby and Babysister.
Firstly, I want to begin the analysis with investigating the history of the Mothercare. For this purpose, I will search and find as much as possible information about its history through various resources, including its official homepage, other websites and relative
