Chessington bases their products which are rollercoaster’s, rides and mini games which the customer needs and wants. The ideal customers is someone with a bring it on attitude, first timers and a theme park fanatic because the ride reflects on exciting and thrilling.
Price People who are attending Chessington must purchase a ticket or have an annual pass. The full price for an adult cost £49.99 (2015) and it doesn’t matter how many people you attend with that is the individual price although Chessington has many offers such as 2 for 1.
Place
The theme park is located in Chessington Surrey which is not far from London and has great transport links such Train and Chessington express bus which brings you from stains station straight to the entrance at Chessington world adventures and after if brings you back to Stains station.
Promotion
Chessington has contracts with companies like The Sun Newspaper, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s ,Whsmiths, and Metro to promote their 2 for 1 offer which is a ticket which requires one full paying adult or child and then the second person goes free.
ADVERTISING
Chessington advertises through, Posters, Billboards, Radio and TV Advert. TV Adverts is the most expensive type of advertising pricing around £1,200,000 to £1,000,000 for adverts shown on prime time show for example Take me out and Britain’s Got Talent.
PERSONAL SELLING
Every year on the 23rd October– 2st November, Chessington host an event called Chessington Howl’o’ween which is focused around the Halloween period, for example Chessington will selling items like fake blood, glow sticks, fake teeth and scary masks.
