As already mentioned, Peter Singer's "animal liberation" has promoted the development of animal rights theory. Singer called it “speciesism” , which is the discrimination by people about non-human animals. He believes that speciesism and what people have said racism and sexism are all based on the prejudice of the product, only the object from the human change into an animal. Thus he believed that the past objected speech of racism and sexism will also be used to oppose speciesism. He argued that we should extend all principles applicable to mankind to all creatures.
