The death of parental figures will affect their children for the rest of their lives, causing some to suffer with chronic “issues of attachment and dependency”(Doctor). Many therapeutic remedies are available to those who suffer with traumatic grief, however the emotional impact the event has on a person can confine and effect them for the entirety of their lives. In some cases, an individual may take it upon themselves to cure their grief with actions of revenge, however ultimately this will most likely not completely rid them of their grief.
