Andragogy Approach
Abstract.
Pedagogy literally means directing children. It is basically impacting knowledge and teaching the young children while andragogy is an art or rather science for educating adults. Andragogy is basically educating the adults and impacting them with knowledge that they deem relevant and significant for them to better their lives and solve problems in their line of work. This paper will look at the contrasts between the two approaches, some of their principles and the best approach that can be used in the situation in question.
Some of the contrasting issues about the approaches include the following.
In pedagogy the leaner fully depend on the teacher and the teacher evaluates the learner and at most times dictates what the learner should

Furthermore, I would use the principles by Knowles to design the program required for an effective outcome.
First of all I would involve the employees during the planning of the activities to be done. I would include the reason why the programme is important and this may be to at least give voice to those who feel embarrassed to discuss these issues of harassment and also to bring awareness to the employees so that they may know what exactly to do in case of such occurrences. I would also consider when best this program can be taught or applied into the busy schedules to allow all employees of the organization to get the opportunity to learn and make the best out of the whole experience.
Experience is the best teacher; andragogy is all about experience that the adults have gone through. Some of the employees in the organization may have experienced sexual harassment and if not, they may have heard about it since it is one of the biggest issues that employees undergo during their work experiences. I would try and use some of the experience that the employees have heard about or undergone as examples to clearly show the employees how to mitigate through such experiences in
