To whom it may concern: Firstly, I would like to thank Wydade Consulting Services for the reliable support on behalf of Broadworth General Hospital. My name is Randee Morrow and I am representing Miriam Hopkins, Human Resources Director. Per Ms. Hopkins’ request, I am organizing a seminar to cover topics such as sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination in the work place. The seminar will familiarize employees with said issues and prepare them, should they ever encounter such situations. In order for the seminar to be a success, I would like to request some things from Wydade. An appropriate trainer with knowledge of the topics as well as legal and ethical policy and procedure will be a must. The seminar shall take place on 08/01/16 at 9:00 am and we will need a venue; a conference room or classroom with access to a computer with projector would be ideal. Please provide writing utensils, notecards, and paper. As the seminar is to last two hours, a light refreshment consisting of 1-2 dozen pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, water, juice, and all eateries is to be offered. I thank you again for your continued assistance and look forward to working with you in the future.

Sincerely,
Randee Morrow
