The early Life of Anne Frank
1.Born on June 12, 1929 in Frankfurt Germany where she lived most of her. Her Parents Otto and Edith Frank and one sister Margot. They later moved to Amsterdam where Otto received an offer to start a company.
2. The Family where Liberal Jews and did not observes all the customs and traditions. The children where very encouraged to read.
3.March 13,1933 Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party won and that’s when the family fled to Amsterdam with about 300,000 other Jews.
B. Before and During the Hiding 1. Anne Frank received her diary, which was red and white-checkered cloth and had small lock, which she began to write in as soon as she got it. A lot of the entries where relate to mundane aspects of her life, and she talked about all the changes that had happened in the Netherlands since the German occupation. 2. She dreamed of being an actress. She loved to watch movies; Dutch Jews were forbidden access to watch movies. 3. July 1942 Margot Frank received a notice from Zentralstelle fur judische Auswanderung (central office for Jewish Emigration) ordering her to report to work camp.
