This book explains what interpersonal communication is and how you can achieve it. It goes into detail exactly what needs to be done to make you an effective interpersonal communicator. This book teaches you skills to conquer listening, self-disclosure, assertiveness, negotiating and persuasion. It’s fundamentals to what it means to be skilled in interpersonal communication.
