1. Try taking a hot bath. Add some Epson salts, which can help with tense sore muscles. Also, adding a few drops of lavender oil into the bath water is recommended. Lavender seems to help with relaxing and is also nice to smell.
2. Light a candle, in the living room, bedroom, or in the bathroom while in the tub or wherever is comfortable and just watch and focus on the flame.
3. Listen to some uplifting music, preferably not sad or depressing music. Sing out loud, get up and dance around a little bit.

These can be combined and used together, too. The more they are used the more useful they become. The most important thing is to remember that anxiety will pass. Anxiety and Panic attacks do take a lot out of the victim physically and mentally. If possible try to get some rest. Try to remember that I am not alone in this. Many people, men, women and children experience these attacks. After it’s over, try working to figure out what is causing the fear and what could be causing so much anxiety and these dreadful attacks. If figured out, then the victim can work on fixing the problem and making the changes in his or her life that need to be made so that they don’t have to suffer through these attacks anymore, or at least not as much.
