Comparative Essay!
The Civilizations of Ancient China and Mesopotamia, in general were all different but similar in some aspects, the political, economic and intellectual outlooks of these ancient peoples say a lot about their ways of life!

The earliest Civilization is believed to have been developed in Mesopotamia “land between the rivers”, the rivers Tigris and Euphrates rise in the modern Turkey, while China has rivers too, the Yang zi River Valley and the Huang H, in ancient China rice became the common diet in the Yang river Valley ,northern people around the Yellow (Huang He) domesticated wheat, barely, and millet, all four of them were rich in …show more content…

In Mesopotamia At the bottom were the slaves and peasants( not like China that peasants where second class) Mesopotamia had Labor Systems (craft shops) and they had two or three paid or non paid slaves. Same as china the lowest class were unskilled workers and slaves however China did not depended on slaves and the most important class on china was the leader and learning class. !

A marker event in the history of Mesopotamia was the sumerian invention of writing the earliest writing evolved as pictures turned into symbols then phonetic elements, the symbols on the tablets were in “cuneiform” or “wedge shaped” this was difficult to learn because in included several hundreds of sings and in China they had the use of the oracle bones which lead to the use of the symbols to the actual language in china the shamans
