Such was the case of Arcana Lucis, the youthful military leader with dark, choppy hair, bright blue eyes, and a multitude of freckles, who took the throne of Fatali after her parents passed. Arcana walked away from her incinerated kingdom with the biggest hole of all torn into her heart; she had failed to fulfill her duty of protecting her home and her people, and, worst of all, she had failed to protect the Crystal that her castle harbored.
