I can say sometimes I am a victim of that because I like to watch T.V and play video games. When you go to the doctors as a kid, they try to tell you you cant play games for more then a hour, how many really think only kids play a game for 1 hour straight realistically a very very small percentage don’t follow that. Then you eat a bunch of garbage chips, drinking soda and your doing nothing. If you do this daily you will be obese at some point in life or get diabetes and that is in need to be taken more
