In this paper, I agreed with Grant, and backed his points with experiences of my own in the workplace. I began my paper similar to this one, with summarizing the TEDtalk and a thesis statement, then leading into my three points and concluding with a persuasive summary of the paper and a call to action. My first transition to supporting Grant’s main point, preventing burnout, was, “When it comes to burnout, there's no mystery about whether or not it happens, but more of when and how” (CEE 110, 2017).
