Argumentative Essay: Is Global Warming Real?

Global Warming is an increase in the earth's average atmospheric temperature that causes corresponding changes in climate and that may result from the greenhouse effect. Thus there is no indication that the warming between “1975-1998” and “1975 to 2009” is unnatural, unusual and/or caused by anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions. Global Warming may have started in 1975, but there is no observable evidence of anthropogenic carbon dioxide emission based global warming began in 1975. Most climate scientists agree the main cause of the current global warming trend is human expansion of the “greenhouse effect” warming that results when the atmosphere traps heat radiating from earth towards space.Yet the big question standing still is, is Global Warming real? Well here's what you need to know about the warming planet, how it's affecting us, and whats at stake. In recent years, global warming has been the subject of a great deal of political
controversy. As scientific knowledge has grown, this debate is moving away from whether humans are causing warming and toward question of how best to respond. Here’s some examples to prove that Global Warming is real. One explanation is although, we can't look at thermometers going back thousands of years, we do have some records that help us figure out what temperatures and concentrations were like in the distant past. For example, trees store information about the climate in the place where they live. Each year, trees grow thicker and form new rings. In warmer and wetter years, the rings are thicker. Old trees, and wood can tell us about conditions hundreds or even several thousands of years ago. Another explanation is that global warming is the increase of earth's average surface temperature due to greenhouse gases that collects in the atmosphere like a thickening blanket, trapping the sun's heat and causing the planet to warm up. If Global Warming wasn't real the world would be worse than what it is now because global warming helps a lot of people to understand what really is happening for example when its raining then it stops and the sun comes out for about 5 mins then it starts pouring out raining again, that's global warming!
But if that happened without global warming people wouldn't know what it was. A solution to global warming I might say that there is no single solution to global warming, which is primarily a problem of too much heat-trapping carbon dioxide methane and nitrous oxide in the atmosphere. Humans can help avoid Global warming by burning fossil fuels such as natural gas, coal, oil and gasoline raises the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and carbon dioxide is a major contributor to the greenhouse effect and global warming. Global climate change is certainly one of the top environmental issues today. These are plenty of examples/explanations as to why Global Warming is real and for who doesn’t think so should think
again.
