Although, women now have the right to work and be able to make the decision to make money for their family, there is still inequality. For example, women in the work force make a fair amount less than men do. According to Aboutnews.com women makes seventy-eight cents per every dollar a man makes. For every dollar a man makes, women make twenty-two cents less than they do, which becomes significantly noticeable when income is higher. Alongside women in general jobs making less money than men, high powered, well educated women are also being discriminated against.
Inequality does not stop as women climb the work force ladder. Women can have the same job as a man in a very well respected and powerful business, but yet fail to receive the equal amount of money a man does.
