Armando's Anemia Case Studies
During this quarter Armando did not have any acute episodes of illness, injuries, ER visits or Hospitalizations.
He was noted with swelling and bruising to his dorsal left hand that was x-rayed with negative results for fracture; it was unknown how he got injured; he was given Tylenol around the clock for pain for 5 days.
He underwent dental UGA and EEG on 10/6/16; he recovered w/o any complications; pending f/u appointment s/p dental UGA. He consulted the Oncologist for his Anemia who indicated that his Anemia is stable at this time and recommended to continue same meds; next oncology follow up in 1 year.
Armando LOS continues on a modify 1:1 due to inappropriate sexual behavior; no changes in his mobility or daily activities; no exacerbations
