Article 107: What's A False Statement?

Article 107 states what a false statement is and what element(s) is considered to be false official statement. Elements considered to be a false official statement will be signing an official document or created but used for an intent for which the document will be used for. When documents used to deceive as their intent the member would have to create them while in the line of duty. while the paper is being created the government and any rank could fall victim into being deceived. Depending of the reason why it is being used to deceive it could be used as evidence to show its purpose. the material given is not considered an offense. for it to be considered a false statement it has to be acknowledged that it is a false statement by the accused
While in jail you will lose a lot of things in your life a good job and in some cases a wife and child. this really is a serious factor in your life and can be affecting anything that you worked hard for. After confinement you will not see the world in the same way as you did before. A false official statement is just as bad as stealing, murder, and defacing property.Although those actions have worse consequences they still do have a big effect of your future in the civilian world. You won’t be hired at good paying jobs and will need to work at a real crappy job or will end up homeless. As a parent who commits these acts they will not see their child or children and wife in 5 years and will miss out on so many things that are important to you. These actions can make you pay very dearly by losing time and money for your family left to struggle. Member will go through some rough times on the outside and adjusting to life. Your kids will miss their parent and sadly will soon forget who that parent is. False official statements are not used for any good reason or for any logical
