The two businesses that I am going to talk about in this assessment are New look and aneesas.
New look
New look is a clothing shop. The purpose of new look is to sell clothing for males, females also for little teenage girls. It is a public limited company. This means it is a company registered under the Companies Act, with statutory minimum capital requirements and shares offered to the public subject to conditions of limited liability. Also next is a private sector. New look is a multi-nationally run company which is majorly successful in most countries.
Aneesa’s
Aneesa’s is a restaurant. Its purpose is to sell assorted kinds of foods to everyone. It is a private limited company. This means it is a company registered under the companies act, with statutory minimum capital requirements and shared offered to the public subject conditions of limited liability, McDonald’s is a private sector. This is a regionally Run Company which is majorly successful in most cities.
Sectors
There are three different sectors that are used in business, these are;
Tertiary-this refers to the commercial services that support the production and distribution process, e.g. insurance, transport, advertising, warehousing and other services such as teaching and health care.
Primary-this involves acquiring aw materials, for example, metals and coal have to be mined, oil drilled from the ground, rubber tapped from trees, foodstuffs farmed and fish trwale.this is sometimes known as extractive production.
Secondary-this is the manufacturing and assembly process.it involves converting raw materials into components, for example making plastics from oil it also involves assembling the product,e.g. building houses bridges and roads.
New look and aneesas are both in the tertiary sector because they’re both in the production services offering customer’s things.
