To be an effective leader requires the ability to communicate and inspire. Public speaking skills are a big part of being able to communicate effectively.
Communications are vital in management; in fact, they are the essence of management. Communication is the process by which we assign and convey meaning in an attempt to create shared understanding. This process requires a vast repertoire of skills in interpersonal and interpersonal processing, listening, observing, speaking, questioning, analyzing, and evaluating. Use of these processes is developmental and transfers to all areas of business to achieve the group target.
