My name is manjinder Singh. I am from India. Last year I completed my +2 I want to go newzealand for my next study. Than I take admission in queens academic group college/QAG is the best college of business study in all of the newzealand. My first day in college am very happy when I come at college I see lot of things which are very important to students like hard copies, soft copies, emergency door, exit doors, lot of adverstiment of new products and time list of classies,rules sheet, and many more. And when saw the student notice board I saw the name of all the teachers. Much time I saw the advertisement of car sales and many more. Same time student lost their important things than they use hard copy to find things. So there are lot of importance of hard copies and soft copies.
Hard copies...
A hard copy is a printed copy of information from a computer. Sometimes referred to as a printout, a hard copy is so called because it exists as a physical object.
Hard copies are very important to the students in every field. Hard copies provide information about time table of the classes, new products, new rules, and about attendance and more. Last week I saw a hard copy on the board which is the related to homes because I need a home for rent .this hard copy was very benfitical to my because this hard copy gives my help to find a home.
Soft copies...
A soft copy is an electronic copy of some type of data, such as a file viewed on a computer's display or transmitted as an e-mail attachment.
Soft copy also helpful for students because soft copy provide the information about attendance and many more. Every week I got an email from my college QAG which is related to my attendance percentage. And many times I receive hitch are related to new
