• The mission of our college athletic department is based on the belief that intercollegiate athletics are an integral part of the college’s overall educational program and contribute to the complete development of the students.

• I see differences in the maturity level. College students are normally more mature.
• There is less parent involvement at the collegiate level on a daily basis.
• There is a bigger emphasis on winning.

• Both high school and college athletic programs are usually limited in their budgets.
• The majority of players play for the love of the game.
