ANS… In the poem “Upon The Westminister Bridge”, the poet described the beauty of London in the early morning. He was crossing the Westministar Bridge. From there he notied that the river thames was flowing by downward. The great city of London was bathed in the morning shun. The poet was so charmed that it seemed to him the lovliest sight. The city seemed to wear a new garment of the beauty of the morning. If any person vemained indifferent to such an impressive sight, he must be unfeeling, after the poet. Everything in the city was silent and clearly visible. A deep calm prevailed all around. Ships, towers, domes, theatres aqnd churches lost themselves in the openness of the distant horizon between yhe fields and the sky. As air was smokeless, every object on which the rays of the morning sun fell, looked bright and glittering. The poet thought that he had never exparienead such a unique beauty and calmness of the city. Them the river Thames was still flowing with a soft murmur. The houses in the city appeared to be asleep.
