The anonymity of the Internet, especially in the early days, when it was difficult to take digital photo and figure out who were friends with whom, allowed Issa to project a personality different from her own. The Internet can bring out the worst and the best in anyone, we can hide behind the computer screens and nobody really has to know who is on the other side. On the other hand being black in todays society does not mean we have to fulfill the stereotype. Being black can stand for something other then the norm. We are humans too and not that different at all. While television is not helping the current problem we have at the moment. Television can be misleading for our generation at this point
