Directions: Analyze each stanza of each ballad and summarize the stanza in a few well written sentences. "Lord Randall"
Stanza 1
The mother asks Randall where he has been and he replies to the woods to prepare to die because he is tired of hunting.
Stanza 2 The mother made food and wants Randall to eat, but he already ate over his love house, he is too tired as he went to bed.
Stanza 3 Randall seen a yellow snake, his mother fixed his bed , he went to bed
Stanza 4 Randall got bitten by the poisonous snake, he’s tired of hunting and went to bed
Stanza 5

Randall died from the poisonous snake, Randall tells his mother he is bitten, she feared that he will, she makes his bed and dies there "The Twa Corbies"
Stanza 1 As the men was walking he heard the twa corbies making a mane, hes going to gang all day at the dine
Stanza 2 A new knights comes in and no one knows who this person is, he have a hound, hawk and a lady with him
Stanza 3 His hound hunt, his hawk fetch wild animals, his lady is chasing another mate
Stanza 4 He siting to get his hair done, and getting dressed for dinner.
Stanza 5 His name shall be called when he is gone, over his white banes as the wind blows.

Stanza 1 The cold heavy air blew the door open
Stanza 2 The wife is cleaning and shes tired, her husband is lazy, she told him to close the door
Stanza 3 The husband said he is tired and tells her to close the door
Stanza 4 Robbers came in that direction and seen the lights of the couples and came in through the door
Stanza 5 They came in and asked who household did this belonged to and gave them orders to feed them. The robber told him hell kiss his wife and the husband refused and told one robber that he will drop him on the floor, and the wife was pleased.
