Instructions for Aptitude Test
Numeric Reasoning
In numeric reasoning you will be using facts and figures to answer questions designed to assess your ability to evaluate numeric data.
After each question, there are a number of different answer options
There is one, and only one, correct answer to each question
Click on the answer that you think is correct
When a response has been selected a dot will appear in the centre of the button
Verbal Reasoning
Your task is to read the passages and answer according to the following rules:
Base your answers ONLY on the information given in the passage

General Instructions
You will be able to go back if you want to change your answer by using the arrows or the dropdown menus at the bottom right of the screen Do not use the back button on your browser, this will end the assessment
Try to work quickly but accurately. Do not spend too long on any question, If you are not sure of an answer mark your best choice and go on to the next question.
What you will need
You may use a calculator if you wish. Make sure you have a pen and some paper available for your calculation. Before you start close down all other applications, except for your browser, windows and internet connection. Stop all other applications on your computer. Running other processes, for e.g. printing could cause the assessment to terminate.
Test Structure
Assessment: Numeric & Verbal Reasoning
Numeric Reasoning: 20 questions
Verbal Reasoning: 15 questions
Total Test Time: 30 minutes
The numeric questions set and the verbal questions set will appear separately, however, there
will be no gap once each set finishes. Once you complete the aptitude test, your application for
Battle of Minds 2013 will be considered complete.
Your
