I frowned, and walked over to my mom and dad. I looked up at the lady, with a fragile smile. “Daddy, mommy, can we have ten minutes instead of five?” I said as cute as possible. My mom laughed. “Well, aren't you so cute! No sweetie, Beanie has leave soon.” my mom said with a weak smile. Then my dad kicked in with the conversation. “Yeah Riles. And, you have to go to bed soon anyways. The sun is going down.” I nodded, and looked down. I want to make the most of my time with Beanie, at least before he has to leave. Then, an idea sparked in my mind. “What if we played a game! Like, hide and go seek! Can we pay that?” I said. “Sure!” said the lady, and stood up from sitting down. Bean glanced up, and ran over towards us. “You guys count by the lemon tree, and I’ll hide.” I said, looking over my shoulder. I giggled, and ran over to my hiding place. I went in between a ledge, and garlic smelling plants. I stopped laughing when I heard:”20!”. I know, Bean will find me. He is really good at games. I heard sniffing, and Bean’s small paws, hitting the ground with every leap, and step. I came out of my hiding place, and saw Bean. I dropped to my round, bony knees, and started hugging Bean again. There was salty tears, rising to the corners of my eyes. My voice started to crack, and my throat started to hurt. I felt a sweet, breeze rush around me, and I let go of Bean. I backed away, with Bean following me,
