These three concepts focused on activity analysis, decision analysis, and relation analysis. Activity analysis shows the work that is needed to done, what work should be put together and the impact given to each activity. Decision analysis focus on the aspects of decision making and relation analysis determines the level at which a decision can be made.
Drucker recommended the idea of federalism. He payed close attention the the links between the decisions by the top management and the receiver. He believed that it gives management the ability to define its functions and responsibilities of its operation people and the ability to set top management free to devote itself to that.
