Becoming A Business Analyst
Since early childhood, you are asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?". As a child you do not know that you are being asked to outline your career goals for your adulthood. As events have occurred in my life and career, I have had to make adjustments and move forward as best I could. I am at a crossroads in my life and career and must determine what my career goals are, how I will use the education I will receive as a QuickJobs Scholarship recipient, and the types of positions and places of employment I would be interested in appying for if I had the skills training for a Business Analyst.

Fresh out of high school I thought I had my career planned out. I would go to college, obtain my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, work.a couple years, go back to school, obtain my master's degree, and start moving up. Obtaining certification as a Business Analyst will allow myself to add to my business degree and give me skills highly sought-after in the current work market. I am currently employed with a health insurance company and believe becoming a Business Analyst will open the door for many job opportunities I am currently being overlooked for at work or obtain a position with an insurance company, a local hospital, or local business' Information Technology department.

As a child, you may think you have your career mapped out, but events can cause you to go off course or scapped the plans. It is after you have had some major tribulations that you come to realize what you want to do career wise. Having the opportunity to obtain a QuickJobs scholarship will thrust me forward in a career arena I currently enjoy. Obtaining a QuickJobs scholarship will provide me better job stability and definitely more earning
