Where do Bed Bugs Hide?
These bugs are very small and shaped in a flat oval. This means that they can hide in an extremely small space. Look for rips or along the seams of mattresses and box springs for hiding places. Remember that these bugs feed on blood and they want to live close to their food source. Although they can crawl as much as 20 feet each way to reach their dinner, a bedbug likes to be as close as possible.
Make sure that you check all areas where the people in your home might sleep including behind wallpaper and wall hangings, furniture that is close at hand like dressers, and any dressers located nearby.
Use a bright flashlight and take your time looking and if you have an infestation you will find them pretty easily. Another easy way to find out if you have an infestation is to keep a small flashlight near at hand in case you feel an itch during the night. You can also turn the lights on early in the morning, just before dawn, to check for the
