Entrepreneur is someone who is brave to take a risk in order to get benefits. Entrepreneurs have to have entrepreneurship, the process of seeking business opportunities under conditions or risks. Any person who wants to become an entrepreneur should have the spirit of entrepreneurship. However, each entrepreneur has different goals. For example, in the rainy season, an entrepreneur should be able to innovate by making a new product like hot beverages which can be sold in the public market.
On the contrary, an employee is a person who works in a company, for example public servants. An employee doesn’t have any willingness to take risks and prefers to be safe. They just want to work and earn money without trying to innovate to find opportunities. In Indonesia, the majority has interest in becoming regular employees.

They need guarantee, prefer to play safe, and protect what they have earned. They are scared to lose.
Another difference between entrepreneurs and employees is that their passions. Entrepreneurs fulfill their passions of creativity and reach their goals of life. They know exactly what they want to do in their lives. While for employees, they might reach their goals of life, but the passions aren’t there. Employees may have dreams of having their own business, but pessimistic employees don’t dare to get out from their comfort zones to develop themselves.
