Sleep can be defined as a body’s natural resting state where it involves low awareness of outside world. Our body requires sleep in much the same way that it regulates the need for eating, drinking, and breathing.

A. Sleep provides an opportunity for the body to repair and rejuvenate itself.
a) Deep sleep helps body focuses on neutralizing and processing toxins so that it can replenish energy to different organ systems

c) Sleep also helps boost muscle mass, repair body cells and tissues in human body
