To a certain extent I would have to agree with them. Everybody should try their hardest not to take their own life. People should not have to resort to suicide as a way out of their problems whether big or small. “Society expresses solidarity with people who may feel suicidal affirming that their lives are valued. The 1961 Act did not create a ‘right’ to commit suicide, and there is no right to die in any of the major human rights documents…”(SPUC 30) This is stating that suicide was not in the act of 1961 and that it should not be now. Some of the problems they go through can be temporary and rushing into such a hasty decision, even if it is not good idea. Everybody should try and get the help they need. Whether it is good or bad. Everybody has different opinions but as time proceeds, I hope that it becomes legal throughout the whole country. This method can help hundreds, thousands and maybe even millions of people when it comes down to deciding whether they want to continue living or not. Expenses for the hospital will be cut down significantly. The patients will be able to pass with their dignity, and the family can live happily knowing that their loved one did not suffer.This time in a person’s life can be a terrifying. When going through death it should be peaceful for the patient. All physician-assisted suicide does is give people the choice to decide what to do with their
