Davis was a highly applicable leader. He gained many positions because of this ability to control and teach the Tuskegee Airmen. He never got a job where he could use these leadership skills in the military before the Tuskegee. This was because the military did not want a black man leading white men. Though he did not get many leadership positions in the military he did help draft a plan which would start the Executive Order in the Air Force. People started to see his equality to white men and started to treat him the same. Though he was discriminated for so long he still lived a fulfilling life. Davis was living proof that anyone could overcome segregation and discrimination and become something remarkable. Davis was discriminated and hated for a huge portion of his life because of his race, yet he still became the leader of the Tuskegee Airmen. His amazing leadership skills earned him many rewards and comments. The AA registry called him a natural born leader. Being a natural born leader he was always clear of each mission's idea.
