Drinking is regarded as part of Australia's culture. People celebrate with alcohol on important occasions and also drink when they wish to relax. The consumption of alcohol is viewed by younger people as a desirable adult activity, However it is bad for for young people to indulge in alcohol for many reasons and it is important that deterrents are in place to limit this illegal consumption. Young people drink because of the occasion like Australia day ,christmas, birthday, new year and other occasion. Young people also drink because of social impact. Teenagers doesn't know that if they drink alcohol in a short or long period of time, it can cause a lot of pain. To solve this problem teenagers have to stop drinking alcohol and just either refuse
Binge drinking means drinking too much in a short period of time but even though it's a short period of time it become intoxicated. It is very dangerous to drink too much because there's an effect like headache,hangover or vomiting

In short and long term of drinking alcohol it can cause a lot of pain or symptoms. In a short period of time that teenagers drink it can cause them (1) headache, vomiting, poor concentration and slower brain activity. If teenagers drink in a long period of time it can damage their organs like (1) brain , heart or liver. But sometimes teenagers (1)die from drinking alcohol because all their organs has been damage or they can have a disease from drinking too much
Also driving while drunk is becoming a habit for the teenagers because mostly they drink with their friends and drive without permission. Teenagers doesn't know that its illegal to drive underage ,its also illegal to drive if your over drunk and it's very dangerous to drive when they are drunk.
