Abstract
The issue of global warming has become severe due to deforestation, the burning of fossil fuels, landfills, waste from grazing animals, etc. We as humans aren’t able to do this on our own, so we call up the help of plants. They are our natural opposites and are able to control the amount of greenhouse gases by simply being there. If we are to see the impact plants have on the greenhouse, we can determine if they are able to withstand copious amounts of greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide/CO2) or if too much will render them useless. After watching the plants for 7 days, I came to the conclusion that plants can withstand up to amounts of heat from gas. My hypothesis only suggested the plants (brussel sprouts) would take in roughly around 60 grams (58.97 g) of carbon dioxide a day. The results after every day continued to increase. Only on rainy days did the carbon dioxide
