Wow, and we wonder about the future of our country. To think one of these individuals could be our next senator, governor,
or heaven forbid president.
Now, back to our lesson. Therefore, the element you classified as having the greatest opportunity is resources. In theory, resources states that different areas of the organization should be unified in their efforts to reduce costs and come together cohesively (Bethel, 2015). In fact, one resolution to improving resources is to search for other avenues to complete a task or project. Ultimately, this may be achieved by outsourcing or combining efforts (Nassar, 2007). It sounds as though, Bethel has realized their oversight and is working to adapt to their growth.
Clearly, adding the additional facilitators is a key opportunity. However, there are some other resources on the wide world of web, such as: Duplichecker, Copy Leaks, Paper Rater, Plagiarisma, Plagiarism Checker, Viper, and other similar softwares (Pappas, 2013). Contrarily, it is just as important to ensure students understand the rules and guidelines when trying to determine options to overcoming plagiarism obstacles (Comparative, n.d.).
I appreciate the fact the Academic Affairs team got together and brainstormed towards a solution. As a result, it sounds as though the university has implemented some good tools and have educated, not only the teachers and administration, but also the students. Certainly, the school is very concerned about the issue of plagiarism. Clearly, the administration has made sure it is thoroughly covered in orientation, students are given a copy of the rules, and at least one landing page has something in regards to citing your work.
