The first is to take direct action right away. Fortunately, Loras College has already done this by selecting Blindspot as the mandated reading for all freshmen. This will build a strong nonjudgmental base for all those entering this new experience. Also, it would help to hold talks throughout the year informing everyone, even the freshman who have read Blindspot, about the presence of mind bugs and how to lower their affect on ones everyday actions. With continued reference every year about stereotypes and their affects on a college campus, students will not forget this information and revert back to their negative ways of stereotyping. Although this movement will start out small, as more students become aware of their stereotypes, judgement will start to disappear. It only takes one person to start a chain reaction, and once the majority of people start living a nonjudgmental life, the rest will follow so they can be included with the
