In one form or another leadership process has been central to human interaction since the dawn of society. Excellence in leadership requires the ability to attract capable people, motivate them to put fourth their best efforts, and solve problem that arise. What is actually defines by a term of leadership? When one mentions the word of “leadership”, images that comes out from our mind is about the historic greats such as Mahatma Ghandi, John Kennedy, and Franklin Roosevelt. As been stated by H.Gardner (1993), the people who have had a consistent impact in human endeavour, politics, religions, business, and military gives an impact to our generation where we devoted how they work and how they broader the world which we live the same.
If we look into another side which we view it in term of sample cases where as for an example, one organization is having the bad cooperation between management and employees where it lead all of the employees is working under pressure.
